The consultation cost is $220 AUD for a 60 minute one on one consultation, whether you choose Sustainable Weight Loss, Clinical Nutrition, or Sports Nutrition.

There are no hidden fees, no upsells, and no extra charges for the written summary, plan, or follow up resources you receive after each consultation.

Do I need a GP referral before booking in a consultation?

No GP referral is required before booking an initial consultation with Jake.

He works collaboratively with all healthcare professionals who refer patients to him.

A referral can be provided if you already have one, but it is not a prerequisite for booking.
