Selective health funds provide rebates for accredited clinical nutrition consultations.
You are welcome to contact Jake’s team with the details of your health fund, and they will complete the necessary due diligence to confirm your level of cover.
Jake’s team will send you a comprehensive pre‑consultation form to complete before your initial appointment.
His team will also contact you beforehand to confirm which investigations you have already completed and which may be helpful.
There is no need to change anything before seeing Jake. Just come as you are, he will guide you from there.
